Grilled Swordfish Steaks in Asian Marinade

Hello!

So the other day, as Dustin and I stood at the seafood counter at Wegmans, we figured we would try something different. It was suggested by an employee to give Swordfish Steaks a whirl.

I’m so glad we did. The one thing Dustin misses the most since cutting out meat is his steak. The Swordfish Steaks truly taste like a savory Ribeye.

They are juicy and flavorful, and have become one of my new favorite fish dishes.

This marinade is perfect for the Swordfish. It’s subtle, yet it fills it with a delicious Soy char from the grill. I highly recommend you give this recipe a try.
